Gas Analysers

The gas analysers from Novatech are compatible with our range of oxygen probes and sensors, these are designed for multiple applications around Industrial process control. Our range of food packaging analysers can measure the headspace gases in packaged foods, and pharmaceuticals like blister packs that use a modified atmosphere packaging. Having been specifically designed for the food and beverage industry in mind.

Our 1732 model can be used as part of a continuous emissions monitoring system or CEMS. This system can also be referred to as a flue gas oxygen analyser system. It can also measure flue gases to provide the necessary analysis, and process control needed for combustion optimisation in industrial settings.

Industries that they are used in are – Thermal power stations, industrial boilers, iron and steel, aluminium, gas purity generators, toxic waste incinerators, medical waste incinerators, PVC incinerators, chemical process and refining industries, brewing, food and beverage production, pharmaceutical processes, pulp and paper, cement, glass, ceramic, brick, smelters.

1732 Dual Probe Oxygen Transmitter

Optimum Combustion Reduces your Fuel Bill

This oxygen transmitter is designed to measure and monitor oxygen concentration in different combustion applications. It assists in controlling the air/fuel ratio in burners to maintain safe and efficient operation.

1735 Water Vapour Transmitter

In-situ Water Vapour Analysis in High Humidity Applications

The 3 main applications this analyser is used in are Indirectly Heated Dryers and Ovens, Directly Heated Dryers and Ovens, and  Directly Heated Dryers and Ovens with Constant Combustion.

1734 Carbon Transmitter with Controller

Accurate Measurement of the Carbon Potential in Furnaces used for Heat-Treating of Metal

The 1734 carbon controller can operate as a stand-alone closed-loop controller to trim enrichment gas levels automatically to maintain a carbon potential set-point inside the furnace. This carbon transmitter monitors and analyses up to two sensors, averaging the two readings or each sensor can provide a 4-20mA signal for individual control.

1738 Dew Point Transmitter

Providing in-situ measurement of Oxygen and Dew Point in annealing and holding furnaces with protective atmospheres of hydrogen and nitrogen (H2Nx).

Used for product quality control to avoid “blueing” or “browning” of steel products during the annealing process. These are typically coils of sheet steel used in the whitegoods and automotive industries just to name a few. The 1738 dew point transmitter is capable of controlling two oxygen probes providing options for multiple reading, averaging and probe redundancy.
