Food Packaging Analysers

In food packaging where a modified atmosphere allows for better product presentation and extended shelf-life, Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide measurements are critical for testing and quality assurance. Novatech Controls has designed this instrument specifically for the requirements of the food packaging industry, providing fast sample-and-hold measurement and sample logging for quality assurance. The Carbon Dioxide sensor has been developed by Novatech and has been used in several generations of gas analysers. It uses the principles of non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) spectroscopy to detect CO₂ concentration in real-time. The zirconia ceramic technology has been used extensively in many industries for over 20 years. Developed by the CSIRO, the sensor provides virtually drift-free measurement for many years of operation.

Oxygen Probes

The Novatech in-situ probes are highly durable; choose the Novatech 1231 for analysing gases with temperatures below 900ºC (1650ºF) and the Novatech 1232 for temperatures ranging between 700°C and 1400°C (1290ºF to 2550ºF).
